The Space
The villa blends contemporary elegance with the timeless beauty of the Sorrento landscape. Tastefully furnished throughout, it offers two fully independent apartments — Apartment 1 on the ground and first floor, Apartment 2 on the second floor — each with its own private access from within the gated park. Although independent, both apartments and all outdoor areas, including the pool and the jacuzzi, can be freely enjoyed by all guests staying at the property, making it ideal for large families or groups travelling together who wish to share their holiday while maintaining personal space and privacy. Access to the park is via an automatic gate from the main road, where guests will find the private parking.

The second, on the first floor, includes a washbasin, WC, bidet, walk-in shower, small window and washing machine. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are provided in both.

From here, the view embraces the entire Gulf of Sorrento — Ischia, Procida and Mount Vesuvius on the horizon — making it the perfect place to enjoy the sun, read a book or sip an aperitif at sunset.

The ground floor hosts a bright and spacious living area featuring a large sofa bed, ceiling fan, fireplace, flat-screen LED TV and a dining table seating up to 10 guests. A wide sliding glass door connects the living room directly to the terrace, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Kitchen
The kitchen, adjacent to the dining area, is modern and fully equipped with all main appliances: fridge-freezer, 5-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and American coffee maker, kettle, air fryer, toaster, juicer and a dining table for 4 guests — everything you need to prepare a traditional Italian dinner or simply enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading out.

Apartment 2 is reached by driving along a private street that leads to its entrance; from there, 20 steps descend to a stunning natural-stone terrace nestled in the greenery. This apartment combines contemporary comforts with breathtaking views over the sea and the town of Sorrento.

The garden, framed by majestic pine trees and fragrant lemon trees, offers a true atmosphere of relaxation, with high-quality outdoor furniture, a barbecue, a large bioclimatic pergola covering a dining table for 10 guests, sunbeds, loungers and an outdoor jacuzzi for 4 guests (not heated, available from April 1st to October 31st). A second panoramic terrace of approximately 30 sqm, accessible directly from the living room through two large French doors, is furnished with comfortable sofas and offers a spectacular view stretching across the entire Gulf of Naples — the ideal spot to sunbathe or enjoy an aperitif while admiring the unforgettable Sorrento sunsets.

Living and Dining Area
The spacious living room, elegantly furnished and accessible from the terrace, features a comfortable double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a dining area with a table for 8 guests.

Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen offers a double sink, fridge with freezer, 4-burner hob, electric oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher and washing machine — designed for both everyday use and authentic Italian cooking.

Guest Access
Guests enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire property, including both apartments and all outdoor areas. The two apartments are independent but freely connected, allowing all guests to share the terraces, mini pool, jacuzzi and outdoor dining areas as one large family or group. Please note that the path connecting the two apartment entrances, if walked on foot, includes a steep climb and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility — for this reason, guests staying in Apartment 2 can drive directly to the entrance and park in their reserved space within the park, approximately 100 metres from the apartment.
